  Financial and Documents Preparation

Your participation depends on the final approval of your visa application. If, for whatever reason, the government does not issue the visa, you cannot attend this program. Final participation also depends on succesfully completing the orientation program.

More information about the first week of Orientation will be posted on this website by mid May.

If you have not submitted a copy of your passport and transcript yet, please send this immediately to the HEP office
WE CANNOT PROCESS YOUR VISA IF WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR DOCUMENTS COMPLETE

   
 
FOR THE NETHERLANDS
Contribution Your own expenses are limited to 35,000 Baht and a refundable deposit of 5,000 Baht
Visa application (1 week after final announcement)

Please check if you have already sumitted to us your photograph and all documents

  • Two 2" Color Photos
  • Copy of Transcript
  • Copy of Passport
  • Birth Certificate

    You will need the following documents before you will leave for Europe to register with the authorities upon arrival in Europe. We advise you to get these documents soon as possible.

    Birth Certificate: Get a legal stamp from the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Chang Wattana Rd.) on your Birth Certificate. Then have it translated by an official translator in English or Dutch and get a legislation stamp at the Royal Netherland Embassy.

  • Five 2" Color Photos
  • Copy of Transcript
  • Copy of Passport
  • Police Certificate
  • Medical Certificate
  • Police Certificate
    (The Process takes 3-4 weeks)

    All participants for Belgium need to apply for a Police Certificate as soon as possible. You will have to do that immediately. Information how to apply is given below. After you applied, you will get a receipt no. Please fax this receipt immediately to 02-275-1944

    How to get Police Certicicate:
    Documents:

    1. Original and Copied Passport
    2. Original and Copied ID card
    3. Two Color Photos (2 inches)
    4. Copied House Regitration.
    5. If your name changed, bring its document
    6. For male only, military certificate (Sor Dor 9)

    Medical Certificate (take 1 day for process)
    Medical Certificate: Please obtain the Official Form as required by the Belgium embassy. This form has to be filled out by a doctor at the Police Hospital in Bangkok or at any hospital on the Hospital List.

    Single Status Statement: Go to the Amphur where your house is registered, with your House Registration + Copy, Your ID card+Copy (it takes 1-2 days). Then have it translated by an official translator in French or Dutch and get a legislation stamp at the Belgium Embassy.
