1. QUALIFICTION OF THE APPLICANT

  • Age between 22 to 28 years on the day of the departure
  • Graduated with GPA of minimum 2.5 in Service Industry
  • Very good personal presentation and high motivation
  • Minimum 3 months previous Food & Beverage experience
  • French language skills for the program in Belgium is a plus

    2. CAN I APPLIY IF I' M NOT WORKING IN A HOTEL

    You can apply if you are working in a service industry, but you have to have minimum 3 months previous Food and Beverage experience.

    3. CAN I APPLY IF I DID NOT GRADUATE IN SERVICE INDUSTRY

    You can apply although you did not graduate in Service Industry if you have been working in the hotel in Food & Beverage Department, or Kitchen.

    5. UNTIL WHEN THE PROGRAM OPEN FOR APPLICATION

    We open for application for the whole year. You only just fill in the form, Name of the country / Program period (this question is under the space for photographs on the application form). The program has two periods per year, January and July.

    6. HOW CAN I KNOW I'M INVITED FOR AN INTERVIEW

    You have to visit HEP website from time to time to check an updated news. The qualified applicants will be announced in HEP website for an interview in March for the July group and in September for the January group.

    8. CAN I APPLY AGAIN IF I FAIL FROM THE PREVIOUS SELECTION

    Yes, you can. However, you need to know your weakness and try the best to improve it such as English, personality, work experience...
